Terms and Conditions of Chances Signal Point Casino

1. General Terms

3. Eligibility

   To play at the Casino and participate in Gaming Activities, you must be:a) At least 19 years old (or such minimum age as may be prescribed by law).b) Present in person on our premises.c) A resident of Canada or an international visitor meeting entry requirements.

4. Accountability and Responsibility

   You acknowledge that all gaming activity is a form of entertainment only, and that there are risks involved with gambling.Signal Point Casino reserves the right to exclude any player from participating in Gaming Activities if deemed necessary for any reason at our discretion.

5. Payment Terms

   Signal Point Casino may require payment of certain fees or charges associated with promotional activities or other services offered by us. Any such payments shall be made prior to participating in said activities.

6. Rewards and Promotions

   Any reward, promotion, offer, or incentive (the "Offer") provided by Signal Point Casino is subject to these terms and any conditions specified with the Offer.

• Offers are not transferable to others and cannot be sold.

    These terms are governed by and shall be construed under British Columbia law.

• Any disputes must be resolved through arbitration.

12. Amendments to Agreement

    Signal Point Casino may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in gaming activities after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Entire Agreement

    These terms constitute our entire agreement with you regarding Gaming Activities.

• This Agreement supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements between us and Signal Point Casino.

• Notice by email will suffice for notices related to Gaming Activities.

15. Disclaimer of Warranty

    Signal Point Casino makes no warranties about the performance, condition, quality, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability for any purpose of our services, software, equipment, games, or materials associated with Gaming Activities.

16. Dispute Resolution

    Any dispute arising from these terms must be resolved through arbitration conducted in British Columbia under B.C.'s Arbitration Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 55 and its regulations (or any subsequent versions of that statute).

By signing below or participating in Gaming Activities, you confirm that:You understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.

• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and these terms.

BY SIGNING BELOW OR PLAYING AT THE CASINO YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
